Workplace Information Management System (WIMS) that facilitates workplace registration, paying bills, booking training, requesting inspections and reporting accidents.

The Government Mailing System (GMS) is a system that provides a secure channel for Government communication and information sharing. GMS has two main interfaces namely web and desktop client. With the web-interface, the only requirements are a web-browser in a device with internet connectivity. The desktop client requires a device with a desktop mail client like Outlook or similar clients, but this is highly controlled and limited to selected institutions due to security reasons.

Government e-Office System (GeOS) was developed to facilitate day to day Government administrative process involving movement of files and documents within and amongst Public Institutions.

Administration: Maintained by e-Government Authority and Administered by respective Institution guided by Records and Archives Management Department.
